We want you to love your Pura Vida pieces, but if you're not 100% satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please note that final sale items and charity products are not eligible for return to ensure we can continue supporting our artisan partners.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.
Select Items
Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return from the dropdown menu.
Print & Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
